Hi, my name is Kerry-Lee Glinski Draizin, and I am a Tru Realty star real estate agent who is committed to helping people successfully buy, sell, invest, and rent, property in Arizona's North Phoenix areas including Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Carefree, Cave Creek, Anthem, and Peoria, among others.
I chose to become a real estate agent because I genuinely care about helping people make their real estate needs and dreams a reality. For this reason, my clients are my top priority at all times and receive a high standard of excellent customer service.
Where In The World I Come From
Born and raised in Johannesburg, South Africa, I am now a dual citizen and have been in the United States for more than 11 years. In 2018 I made the decision to relocate to Phoenix, Arizona, and it was truly the best decision I've ever made! Arizona has far exceeded all of my expectations.
That said, as someone who has personal experience with the process of relocating to AZ from not only another state but also another country, I also now have a unique understanding, hands-on experience, and insight that allows me to assist people who need help relocating to Phoenix either for work, retirement or because of a life-changing event.
Phoenix is one of the fastest-growing cities in the country, and as a result has one of the highest numbers of people moving to the state for a multitude of reasons, including work relocation. Phoenix is in the throes of an economic boom. The rate of development is in hyper-drive with construction taking place everywhere.
Moving is seldom a simple or easy process, and relocating from another state can be even more tricky. Working with a local Phoenix real estate agent who has actually experienced the relocation process, means that you will be carefully guided through each stage and circumvent many of the pitfalls and mistakes potentially encountered in the relocating process.
Life Before Becoming A Tru Realty Star Real Estate Agent
Before venturing into the world of real estate, I had nearly 20 years of experience related to the web industry working both directly in the industry as a web designer, and as a web-related assistant for various companies. Throughout that time I designed and built numerous websites, created graphics and images for both print and online media, written SEO-friendly content, and designed, created and managed blogs, newsletters, and social media channels.
Additionally, I have more than 9 years of experience in the medical marijuana industry as, from inception, together with my husband, I played a key role in helping to create, build, and grow a startup company in the tech space, that is now the largest nationwide network of physicians that provide medical marijuana treatment to qualifying patients in all states where the medical use of marijuana has been legalized.
I was responsible for the design, branding, look-and-feel image, and SEO content strategy of the company. Additionally, I managed the admin and bookkeeping, financial accounting, customer service, project development, advertising and marketing, web and graphic design, social media, SEO content, newsletters, and blogs.
Then Came Real Estate, The Next Chapter
As a result of the combination of my past work experience, I have a varied set of skills that give me the ability to uniquely represent each property in its own way, highlighting the home’s positive features and functional aspects.
My experience with design, SEO, and social media platforms like facebook, instagram, and linkedin, allows me to create and manage effective marketing campaigns that are highly optimized for select target audiences. This includes professional presentations of both print and digital media.
My transition into real estate was the result of wanting to explore my real estate interests along with my passion for people, while at the same time blending in my creative strengths, design talents, and the skills I have learned throughout the years, to give me a digital edge that sets me apart from the rest.

Working as a real estate agent through Tru Realty, I am equipped with the most up-to-date tools, training, support, services, experience, team, and market knowledge available.
I believe the most important part of my job lies in taking the time to really get to know my clients one-on-one, on a personal level. I invest as much time as I can into forming genuine relationships and getting to know each person. I like to know my clients as I know my friends, which means I make the effort to learn all about my clients wants, needs, hopes, and dreams.
I go above and beyond just learning my client's tastes, likes, and dislikes. The best way I know to do that is by knowing not only my client's short-term goals but also their long-term goals and potential five and ten-year plans. Where we will be tomorrow is built upon where we are today, and what we do today directly impacts the future. By having an idea of what lies ahead, we are able to be pro-active and can start preparing and doing the groundwork that will be necessary to ultimately lead you to where you want to be.
I believe that by being honest and trustworthy, diligently working hard, being dependable, and available 24/7, I am able to establish true relationships that grow into life-long lasting connections.
At The Heart Of Me, This Is Who I AM
My family is my world and number 1 love. In addition to real estate, my passions also include a love of the art of decorating, designing, staging, and styling. I have a talent and natural flair for visually balancing elements and color palettes to create aesthetically appealing scenes that flow and blend together harmoniously. At heart, I am an artistic creative who finds inspiration in sacred geometry, crystal energy and waves of rainbow light, and I sell custom apparel online.
I am an animal lover who has spent many years volunteering at animal shelters both in South Africa and the United States. I moved to Arizona for the amazing weather, and because I love hiking and being outdoors in nature. I also count shark diving as one of my favourite pastimes and hobbies.
Most importantly, I am a compassionate, genuine, light-hearted, and caring person. I am a good listener, always helpful, and resourceful problem solver. Everything I do, I always do to the very best of my ability, and when I give, it is always 110%.
